Autism Spectrum Coaching
FAQ

This autism coaching FAQ page is here to help you quickly understand what coaching with Normal Freedom can look like for you or your family.

You’ll find answers to common questions about who coaching is for, what sessions cover, and how to know if this approach is a good fit.

Our goal is to make support feel clear, respectful, and low-pressure, so you can move at your own pace.

As you explore the autism coaching FAQ, you’re always welcome to reach out if you don’t see your question listed or want to talk through your unique situation in more detail.

Please note (Coaching): Coaching is not a substitute for medical, mental health, or crisis care. I'm not able to offer coaching in situations involving abuse, trauma, active addiction, or other concerns that need clinical support, and I encourage you to reach out to a licensed therapist or qualified professional. If you are in an emergency or crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right away. A discovery call does not guarantee that I will accept you as a client.

Please note (Discovery Calls):
A discovery call is a chance for us to see whether we are a good fit for each other. It does not guarantee that I will accept you as a client, and I reserve the right to decline if I believe coaching is not the right support for your situation. By booking, you confirm that you have read and understood this note.
