Service Description
Important: All new clients must complete a Getting Started Session before booking any services. This is a one-time requirement. 1:1 Coaching (45 Minutes) per session Meet Yourself & Begin Again is a transformational 4-week coaching program designed to help you reconnect with who you truly are, rediscover your strengths, and create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. Whether you've lost yourself through life's challenges, major transitions, or simply putting everyone else first, this is a space to pause, reflect, and begin again. In a supportive, judgment-free environment, you'll gain clarity on your goals, work through powerful exercises to uncover your dreams and potential, rebuild your confidence, and create an action plan for the life you truly want. With guidance, encouragement, and a community that believes in your growth, you'll move from feeling stuck to feeling empowered—one step at a time. This is more than coaching. It's an opportunity to meet yourself again, embrace who you're becoming, and confidently step into your next chapter.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduled sessions must be used within 30 days of the original booking and may only be rescheduled once per booking. All sessions are non-refundable, including cancellations and missed appointments. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time and cannot be extended. I reserve the right to end a session early if appropriate boundaries are not maintained or if behavior is disruptive. In such cases, the session will be considered complete and no refund will be issued. Future bookings may also be declined at my discretion. By booking, you agree to these terms.
